ITG reflects the level of readiness of the enterprise for innovation and readiness for the introduction and development of innovative technologies and modernization of production. An audit of an enterprise can be ordered both by the enterprise itself for further provision of results to the investment institute, and directly by the investment institute when considering an application for investment from the enterprise.
In our practice, the main customers are regional engineering centers (RCI), which provide state support (co-financing up to 90% of expenses) when providing engineering services to manufacturing enterprises. The APP is a consulting service for manufacturing and service enterprises - SMEs, aimed at forming a set of measures to improve competitiveness and resilience to crisis situations.
Goals and objectives of the APP in the updated version:
1. Express assessment of the current activity and position of the enterprise, identification of barriers (problems) and potential (growth points) of the enterprise;
2. Development of solutions aimed at long-term development, optimization of business processes, increasing the level of competitiveness and capitalization of the enterprise, using a professional consulting system and available state support tools.
